DO NOT PUT GARBAGE BINS ON SNOWBANKS. CARTS SHOULD BE PLACED IN THE DRIVEWAY OR IN A SHOVELED AREA: Do not put garbage bins on snow banks.  Carts should be placed in the driveway or in a shoveled area. Garbage and recycling carts cannot be collected from snow banks since the mechanical arms on the trucks cannot reach up to grab them properly. If the arm grasps the container too low on the body, damage to the wheels may occur. Setting the emptied container back on top of the bank will likely result in the container tipping over onto the sidewalk or the street.

Lynch Avenue Update

Feaker fnished the utilities this week. This includes abandoning storm sewer and removing structures. Feaker is scheduled to remove their equipment on Tuesday, July 5, 2022.

Peter’s Concrete Co. is scheduled to start road and driveway excavation on Thursday, July 7, 2022. With the construction activities of roadway and driveway excavation, expect delays and the possible need for a new route to your destination. There may also be a need for a property owner to park overnight on the road depending on where the contractor has stopped for the day. Peter’s Concrete Co. will try to accommodate the property owners as much as they can to limit the number of disruptions.
